She has handled residential and commercial Real estate for over 10 years making her the expert at finding the right locations for a business to flourish as well residential relocation. Upon graduation from Florida International University she worked at the World Bank in Venezuela were she acquired her business experience that transitioned her to work with one of the largest development companies in the United States. Maritza also has insight into the inner workings of business development in the South Florida Region. With her analytical and business skills, Maritza is the brains of the Hawa Cuisine team.
With over 2 years of experience working as the public relations and events director for a restaurant, Luciana has proven success in the restaurant industry and extensive experience in special event planning and coordination. With a Bachelors of Science degree in Mass Communications, with a major in Public Relations and a minor in hospitality, Luciana Padula is equipped with the right tools to market and expose any business to the local market.
